The service is requested as part of the project above. Make an impact in our journey to become an agile, customer-centric, cross-functional and data-driven organization by shaping your part of our B2B Digital Transformation.

Deeply understand the Customer and ensure that the Voice of the Customer is incorporated across the whole E2E Customer Journey through direct, indirect and inferred customer feedback.

Help grow the business by including the Voice of the Customer across the whole Customer Journey to steer any cross-functional CX improvement, across Marketing, Sales and Service functions for all our B2B businesses and Regions


Background to the assignment


External resources are needed as there is no internal staff with the required expertise in the following areas:

  • Voice of Customer experience in large multinationals (NPS, CSAT, CES, NSS)
  • Strategic and pragmatic VoC approach design & implementation
  • VoC Capability design and building
  • Statistical VoC analysis & insights understanding
  • Project Management and stakeholders management skills

Therefore, the external consultant is in a unique position and performs significantly different tasks than the internal employees.

Task description

The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:

  • Consult the project team on how to design best-in-class VoC methodology, strategic approach and measurements cross-channels and functions at Global, Regional, local and SBU level
  • Incoprporating the Voice of the Customer across the whole Customer Journey through direct, indirect and inferred customer feedback in order to improve and steer overall CX, positively impacting NES
  • Consult the project team on how to build the new Voice of Customer Capability in terms of:
  • Priorities
  • Roadmap
  • Blueprint
  • KPI framework
  • Best practices across the end-to-end customer journey
  • Consult the project team on how to shape, implement and continuously optimise the Voice of the Customer capability across all axes:
  • Customer & Business
  • Organization & Way-of-Working
  • Technology & Data
  • Set the stage to deliver a coherent E2E Digital Customer Experience across all of company’s channels by listening to customer needs and other Voice of the Customer insights as input to spark new ideas and CX improvements, working across all SBUs/Regions/Functions to maximize engagement and drive conversion and business growth
  • Consult the project team on how to drive full adoption of the Voice of the Customer capability and standards across all SBUs, Markets and Functions
  • Consult the project team on senior stakeholder management & vendor management

  • 2+ года опыта работы менеджером по маркетингу / руководителем отдела маркетинга;
  • 1+ год опыта работы руководителем / лидом;
  • Понимание как функционируют все основные направления маркетинга (SMM, SEO, PR, Events, Email и тд);
  • Свободное владение английским языком.

Looking for a Web Product Manager who is ready to relocate to Montenegro and is able to manage the company’s websites.


  • 5+ years product management of websites (desktop + mobile), end-to-end, B2C;
  • Proof of relevant higher education;
  • Knowledge of internet marketing;
  • Good knowledge of SEO;
  • Understanding of UI/UX;
  • Ability to work with analytical tools (Google analytics, etc.);
  • Agile;
  • Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members and customers;

  • Upper-Intermediate English;

  • Key goal is to increase: conversion from Registration to 1st Deposit for website; number of registrations done via website;
  • Definition of growth points: Product performance measurement (funnels, speed, behavior flow, content drill down, etc.); Market research including AB testing, customer journey, behavior analysis; Customer and Sales feedback getting; Competitive research;
  • Definition of the product roadmap;
  • Management of product backlog;
  • Ongoing interaction with developers (writing requirements, sprints definition, supporting, rollouts);
  • Cooperation with stakeholders and access management;
  • Supporting of product’s users.

We are looking for an Influencer Manager, to join our Marketing team, who is enthusiastic about crypto and the possibility of being a part of amazing project, doing some really nice stuff for the users. The ideal Influencer Manager should be able to increase our brand awareness by playing an active role in shaping how users engage with our brand, and responsible for strategizing influencer campaign creative concepts and bringing them through completion in a timely and successful manner.


  • Managing all steps of the campaign process: campaign strategy and brief creation, influencer identification and outreach, budget negotiations, contract execution, maintaining project trackers, supporting briefing calls, content review and approvals, social monitoring, metrics tracking and reporting.
  • Create integrated influencer campaigns while keeping creativity, influencer authenticity and community engagement top of mind.
  • Identifying and growing a diverse partner network, vetting and monitoring creators
  • Lead strategic brainstorming with real-time trends and insights across social platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube, etc.
  • Ensure campaign implementation follows Marketing team guidelines where process while improving new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.


  • Experience working in crypto / FinTech influencer marketing;
  • Experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or PR communications
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally influencer campaign management with clear organization skills and strong results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate information
  • Knowledge of social trends and the influencers driving them across social platforms (up-and-coming and established) as well as ability to design social content for different audiences and platforms
  • Strong consumer-driven relationship building history
  • Ability to concept and design creative social campaigns that feel relevant and fresh with a strong eye for compelling, shareable content
  • Responsible and teammate;

Affiliate Marketing Manager

Project: Affiliate Managers are responsible for managing the day-to-day activities involved with affiliate marketing of the campaigns, as well as tracking and reporting on the progress and its effectiveness.They are also tasked with identifying untapped revenue opportunities from both the existing affiliate base and by recruiting new affiliates to the platform. This is a position with true startup experience - no rules, no bureaucracy, and the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on a growing business. 

Job description and responsibilities:

- Maintain a high level of communication with affiliates; particularly providing white-glove service to our highest value affiliates. This includes recommending curated campaigns for affiliates and providing performance feedback.

- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.

- Supply creative packages, links, and reporting via Affise to affiliates as needed.

- Prioritize execution strategy based on revenue potential.

- Analyze and understand key metrics relevant to affiliate campaigns and performance.

- Develop relationships with new top-level affiliates with high levels of relevant traffic through research and referrals.

- Work closely with other departments and teams to support all online assets enhancements, to create banners, video commercials, and text content.

- Generate new ideas to find new sources of lead generation, drive continued innovation and best practice implementation, research, and report on market trends and competition.

Job qualifications and requirements:

- Experience with affiliate marketing in the FX industry, crypto, or binary options.

- In-depth knowledge of how to promote a product via affiliates networks.

- The ability to run advertising campaigns with affiliates via Affise or Voluum.

- The ability to analyze traffic and achievement of the goals.

- Knowledge of CR, CPC, CPA, CPO, ROI, and the ability to assess the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and generate reports.

- The ability to make a marketing plan and implement it.

- Be able to analyze competitors.

- Ability to generate hypotheses and test them through A/B tests.

- Be able to independently collect and analyze statistics.

- To be able to write interesting and competent ads in at least one language.

- Interest in the goals and objectives of the business.

- Desire to help the company through the implementation of your ideas.

- Attentiveness, thoughtfulness, and accuracy when performing tasks.

- Additional education in the field of Internet marketing will be an advantage.

- Native or fluent English. + One more language: French, Russian, German will be a bonus.
