We have fairly good expertise and awareness about language ecosystem (open-source tools and libraries) developed over past 4 years. We are looking for senior engineer to become backend project lead and continue driving our technology forward. Your qualification Strong Scala language knowledge Solid experience in working with distributed systems and databases Designing API Designing data processing pipelines Experience with cloud platforms Beneficial Familiarity with Mongodb, Mysql, ElasticSearch, Neo4j Experience with Google Cloud Platform Building distributed environments with Docker and Kubernetes Experience with stream processing engines (Storm, Spark, Google Cloud Dataflow) Experience with Pants or Bazel build tools (we use Pants) Experience with Machine Learning and NLP Experience with Twitter Scala stack (Finagle, Scrooge) for building distributed services or gRPC (http://www.grpc.io) Experience with building GraphQL APIs (http://graphql.org/learn/, https://github.com/sangria-graphql) - Viktor Taranenko ( https://uk.linkedin.com/in/viktortnk )
