Achievements: 1) Increased maturity of teams according to the KMM model from 0 to 2 2) Reduced by 75% the number of bugs, hotfixes and release rollbacks. 3) Defined the role model, trained and launched 7 product teams.

First Scrum Master in the company. Was part of scaling the company and business processes from 20 to 120 people. We managed to make such rapid growth manageable through the introduction of Scrum and LeSS.
