I was an editor in chief of this project. We published nearly 40 articles about sedentary behaviour for Servier. It is not a medical media, it's about culture, technologies, urbanism and history.

I was the head of this project in "Otkrytie" bank. We were the first and perhaps the only brand that has entered Clubhouse and increased the project's reach tenfold through integration with online media.

I worked on improving the brand image and attracting entrepreneurs from the creative industry through brand-marketing activations. What I was doing: — developing a communication strategy for the entire brand with agency; — reducing the cost of attracting customers in performance channels through working with creative content; — running an advertising campaign with influencers on Instagram; — creating brand-marketing campaigns; — increasing brand awareness through getting into the media and integrating into offline conferences. In six months, our media index has increased 5 times; — assembling my own team of copywriters, designers, marketers, producers.

I developed brand projects aimed at strengthening brand attributes and lead generation. I managed agencies and a full-time team of copywriters and designers. I worked a lot on attracting partners and managing the entire process from getting the idea to finishing the project. I solved tasks to increase reach, UGC, WOM mentions and reduced the cost of attracting. My main expertise is creating high-quality native content, its distribution and working with online media and social networks from TikTok and Clubhouse to Telegram and YouTube.

As part of the course "citizen journalism", I told students about: — why do online media and brands need special projects; — how to analyze the effectiveness of a special project; — where to find a client/partner and how to sell an idea; — how to assemble a team. I conducted several seminars, helped students develop concepts for special projects and assessed the quality of the work performed on the exam.

As a publisher, I worked in several areas: sales, accounting, marketing, product management, content creation, production and editing. I was responsible for the strategic development of projects and a department of 17 people: editors, designers, SMM managers, targetologists and producers. I set goals for the team, calculated estimates and P&L, created concepts and developed strategies for new media projects, sold them and looked for ways to increase the department's profit. In the second quarter of 2020, the group's revenue almost doubled compared to the first quarter.
