Duties ▪ Occasionally act as Director, IT ▪ A management position reporting directly to Director, IT. ▪ Manage annual Budget of about 12 million BWP. ▪ Leading a team of 4 diverse individuals for both Finacle Core Banking System and Digital Channel platforms. ▪ Provide first line end user support on all Enterprise Applications and ensure high availability of applications in line with contracted SLAs. ▪ Configure, monitor, manage and support all business applications including Finacle Core Banking, Sage HR & Payroll and POS, Card & ATM systems and HSM devices. ▪ Provide support on Card Issuing and Acquiring platform. ▪ Coordinate ordering of cards. ▪ Ensure Visa issuing transaction life cycle is completed on time. ▪ Act as a key IT liaison with Visa. ▪ Manage and Reconcile system generated transactions on daily basis. ▪ Produce Month end, Management, Regulatory and ad hoc reports. ▪ Lead, monitor and evaluate direct reports’ performance. ▪ Plan, organise and manage systems development and implementation activities. ▪ Address all system related audit queries. ▪ Manage system incidents and problems.
