Main responsibilities: • Management of the process of initiation and implementation of the digital transformation programme of projects, including: o Collection and analyzing customer requirements; o Support customer to translate business objectives into solution; o Development of business value proposition and project estimation; o Creation of SOWs and program work orders; o Selection and mobilization of development teams, external suppliers and technological solutions; o Preparation of delivery plan; o Management of project budget discipline; o Support delivery daily/weekly activities (daily standup, sprint reviews and retrospectives); o Monitoring and management of delivery in terms of achieved goals, KPIs’, speed of adoption of new processes and IT products; ensuring proper risk and change management as part of the digital transformation program. • Lead team of architects, consultants, data scientists, business analysts and external vendors to develop Microsoft value proposition design and deliver solution to address customer needs. • Responsible for high quality of delivery and proper financial consumption (consulting build revenue) of sold engagements via appropriate delivery team management. • Accountable of successful delivery of mission critical projects in the following areas: Business intelligence and Data visualization (Power BI), Data Warehouse implementation in cloud infrastructure, IOT, Cloud Data Platform implementation, Artificial intelligence including Machine learning, Computer Vision, Image and Voice analytics, Mixed reality.

Main responsibilities: • Lead teams of onsite and offshore engineers to deliver high quality support services for mission critical systems for Microsoft corporate customers in Central and Eastern Europe. • Provide service delivery management of Microsoft technical support services for major customers from financial sector and telco. • Work with customers’ CIOs and other top IT management persons to improve customer IT operational health in assigned accounts. • Advise CIO and customer technical and business decision makers regarding implementation of various Microsoft technologies that could drive business growth and accelerate performance improvements. • Maintain Service Delivery Plans that capture situation and analysis for IT Health improvement – also used by sales opportunities and contract renewal

Main responsibilities: • Delivery management of high-quality consulting engagements for Microsoft enterprise customers. • Identify customer pain points and transform business needs to technical solution requirements. • Present technical solutions and engagement models. • Define the project scope, project delivery team structure, project estimates and risk plan. • Initiate engagements, manage project staff and third-party suppliers (Microsoft partners), drive project performance and ensure the project quality. • Maintain project portfolio and create project acceptance criteria.

Main responsibilities: • Definition of system requirements, configuration and business process design related to the IT system implementation. Assisting in the assessment of the organizational impact of the implementation/integration of the IT systems. • Communicating with clients. Formulating and advising the technology solutions to address business systems gaps. • Running system development process. • Leading a team of system analysts and developers to build, test and deploy new IT solutions for the customers. Achievements – completed the following projects: • Delivered effective business solutions for UK financial services firm through successful implementation of Employee Management software. • Managed development of the system for online registration of the customers for UK educational institution. • Advised the strategy and vision for IT infrastructure management for UK educational organization.
