Production/staging/development environments on premise/Data Centers(Europe, USA, Asia)/AWS cloud were created by me.

Created and managed/mentored DevOps team including 4 Dev/Prod Ops Engineers. For some divisions in ESA old IT infrastructure/environments were re-engineered and recreated based on DevOps approach to make them scalable, flexible and applicable on any platform. My activity is substantially an analysis of business processes with an emphasis on R&D/QA/Test fields, creation of workflows / solutions that ensure efficient operation including: ▪ Design and implementation CI/CD/CM flows ▪ Develop and enforce policies, standards and procedures ▪ Plan and manage operations' workflows and processes ▪ Define configuration management processes along with R&D/QA/Test teams and implement them ▪ Recognize and resolve problems in all stages of IT development and management ▪ Install/tune/maintain appropriate applications relating(but not limited) to CI/CD/CM

Provide(singlehandedly) the trouble-free operations of all production and R&D applications(Atlassian stack, ELK stack, Chef, Docker/Swarm, Graphite etc…) on 500+ virtual and physical servers(CI/CD/CM); solve users problems associated with these applications and automation processes. Also: • Define configuration management processes along with R&D/QA/Test teams and implement them. • Plan and manage operations’ workflows and processes. • Develop and enforce policies, standards and procedures. • Communicate production and configuration requirements to other departments. • Lead vendor relationship and negotiations. • Provide guidance to business and support units. • Ensure efficient and effective customer service.

The company is engaged in IT support for R&D (EDA, chip design etc.), build and maintain HPC ( high performance ) computing solutions and offer a cloud solution in own cloud or in AWS(Amazon) for high-tech companies (about 20 customers). I provide the complete cycle of the deployment and maintenance (including monitoring) of production environments, including both the system as well as R&D applications(vendors: Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor, Apache etc.) in Linux/Windows environment. Also in AWS(VPC, EC2, EBS, ELB, ASG, S3, CloudFormation, Route 53, IAM).

Construction company builds Olympic sites in Moscow, Sochi, and Sankt-Petersburg. My responsibility zone: technically and spatially distributed IT infrastructure for 500+ users (some in remote mountain locations) provides a high level security, availability, reliability, performance, disaster recovery, etc. Architecture: 3 independent forest, 8 domains; 6 routers, 40+ physical switches; 20+ VLAN subnets; all inter-domain communications via VPN; 5 storage servers; 60+ application servers (Win/Lin); 50+ printers, 500+ workstations. Technology: Cisco, HP, SAN, VMWare ESX/i, Windows&*NIX , etc. Designed and deployed the company IT infrastructure from scratch (singlehandedly for a few first stages). Organized high quality reliable IT services and support for all company needs.

Trading company operating under the “Cash & Carry”. My responsibility zone: technically and spatially distributed IT infrastructure for 500+ users in 6 cities. Architecture: 1 independent forest, 6 domains; 8 routers, 30+ physical switches; 10+ VLAN subnets; all inter-domain communications via VPN; 3 storage servers; 50+ application servers (Win/Lin); 50+ printers, 500+ workstations. Technology: Citrix farm, clusters of MS SQL Server 2005 and application servers 1C8.1(accounting), MS Exchange servers, array of ISA, array of Symantec BackupExec servers, domain controllers, etc. Reorganized distributed IT structure (50+ servers, 500+ users, 6 remote sites). Implemented additional communications channels (including VoIP), automated technical support service, traffic accounting system, monitoring system, anti-spam system.
