I'm an illustrator. Recently, my main responsibilities have been creating illustrations for story animation. Namely, character and frame design according to the script, creating storyboards and color scripts. Also my responsibilities included: - Search and implementation new techniques and styles. - Creating style/color/new tools guides. - Doing checkpoints and team meetings with a team of illustrators. - Interview, internship and onboarding of new illustrators. - Control of illustrations for compliance with the rules of the platforms. - Analyze video metrics and create an action plan. - Organization of the work of the illustrators team. - Mentoring of junior illustrators.
