RESULTS: • I took the initiative to create a prototype of a Socially connected Referral network for Real Estate. As a result, the customer chose my version of 3 other candidates, and appointed me to lead the project in order to create. • I setup Google Analytics, Flurry and Mixpanel events. Establish a process for monitoring the behaviour of users of the application WhoHub. Based on outcome data, programmers have put the flow of the continuous improvement of application’s features • I developed a release flow scheme for Piggy iOS. With the help of it we solved the switching between two different APIs to simultaneous operation of two programmers issue. • I created landing page for Keller Williams Conf participants of Piggyapp introduction. Due to it we collected 456 emails and 143 completed polls. We made a decision to code the Android application based on this information. • I setup and launched an email newsletter for 4k realtors with an invitation to join the project through MailChimp. I scheduled an subject line A/B testing, time of sending, the CTA changes. After analyzing the results I have chosen a better variant, which showed the results: delivered - 96%, open rate - 53%, clicks - 43%, and 558 new registrations. • I implemented an A/B testing in Piggy Android application. Doing tests of headlines and names of buttons I achieved an registrations conversion rate increase up to 23%.

Online fashion magazine. *** RESULTS: • I designed the prototypes, find and hired a programmer, wrote tech doc.
