• Developed the Easy Appeal Platform, a comprehensive solution for citizens to report issues and request assistance across various governmental services such as electricity, emergency services, environmental protection,public transportation and etc. • The platform enabled efficient processing and forwarding of citizen requests in the form of video, photo, audio, or text tothe appropriate government agencies. • The project involved designing and developing a robust backend system capable of handling high traffic and diverse user input.
