Creating and prioritizing a backlog of tasks for product development and market launch. Organizing the work of the product team. Achievements: I have effectively organized our startup team's work into sprints, and together with the team, we have gone through all the necessary stages before the launch (creating a Lean Canvas, analyzing the US market, conducting a thorough competitive analysis, interviewing the target audience, analyzing unit economics, and building the PNL model). Currently, our project(SOLVT.AI) is in the stage of developing the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and preparing for pre-sales.
