The team was engaged in the migration of all virtual machines from the Hyper-V environment to the VMware platform, improving resource management and operational efficiency; Disaster Recovery Implementation; Intranet Development; Learning Management System implementation for the HR Department. ● Administered the server infrastructure of 14+ hotels. ● Managed 600+ user accounts, on-premise mail servers with anti-spam & antivirus solutions, 100 Office 365 users and others. ● Addressed items mentioned in IT Audit and IT Security reports. ● Provided proactive Level 2 support and resolved problems. ● Led the migration of over 50 virtual machines (VMs) from a Hyper-V environment to VMware. ● Developed a detailed topology scheme outlining capacity requirements for RAM, CPU, and storage for the new VMware environment. ● Provisioned new VMware nodes with vCenter for centralized management and configured Fibre Channel (FC) storage. ● Implemented a disaster recovery (DR) solution after researching best practices. ● Managed backup and developed detailed failover plans. ● Configured a VM replication. ● Conducted thorough testing of the failover plans. ● Set up a Linux VM to host the WordPress intranet site and the LMS. ● Purchased and integrated a two-part Active Directory plugin. ● Installed and configured an IT support request plugin. ● Purchased licences for the LMS and configured it to align with the company’s operational requirements. ● Established RBAC permissions. ● Established Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) permissions.

“MKT IK” LLC has more than 25 years of experience in Azerbaijan’s non-oil economy. It is growing, and stockpiling cotton in 15 out of 20 cotton cultivating regions of the country with further processing at the 18 ginneries. ● Administered the server and network infrastructure of 25+ regional branch offices. ● Managed 300+ user accounts. ● Configured and administered firewalls and anti-virus solutions, deployed site-to-site VPN tunnels. ● Worked with Cisco network devices (2900, 1800, 800 series routers) and Panasonic PBX solutions. ● Configured HP L2 switches and APs. ● Installed/maintained MySQL. ● Completed the migration with the deployment of 2 new AD servers configured with the latest FSMO roles. ● Installed and configured 2 new Exchange 2013 servers with DAG setup for redundancy. ● Established a new CA server and a new File Server with successfully migrated data. ● Successfully deployed and tested the VOIP system across all branches, enhancing communication reliability and reducing telephony costs.

PASHA Technology

PASHA Technology provides IT services, cloud computing, cyber security operations and data center management services. During this period of time, the support has been provided for various Customers. For a system integrator company, the team conducted the centralized deployment of new hardware servers. A Microsoft Server Environment was updated and migrated for the Customer, engaged in the Finance/Taxation field. The team was also engaged in Kubernetes Deployment on AWS for the medical startup, MedAI. Our specialists visualized VM Information for the Customer engaged in the Sales field and provides billing services. A centralized login solution was implemented for an IT company. A Centralized Backup Server for Network Devices was developed. ● Leading the centralized deployment of Lenovo hardware (implemented a strategy for OS and firmware installation, prepared DHCP options and developed server profiles). ● Completing the migration with the deployment of 2 new AD servers configured with the latest FSMO roles, installed and configured 2 new Exchange 2019 servers with DAG setup, established a new PKI server and a new File Server. ● Successfully launching a robust Kubernetes environment on AWS, enabling efficient CI/CD practices and enhancing the development workflow, installing and configuring Terraform and AWS CLI on local machines. ● Leading the project on creating a centralized dashboard (utilized PowerCLI to organize VM data in vCenter, exported information to the MySQL database, automated data export and database updates). ● Researching and implementing a centralized login solution for Linux VMs (creating a domain and establishing RBAC policies, creating an Ansible playbook). ● Developing a centralized backup server (researching various backup solutions, installing and configuring CBackup, setting up a dedicated Linux server, configuring web servers to host the backup interface). ● Conducting testing. ● Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
