Client relation management (CRM) system for B2B business
The CRM system coved all presale activity of account managers, architectures, project managers, and engineers, based on the MS Dynamic CRM. Scale: ~ 200 users, ~ 600 possible sales per year Result: The trustable sales funnel with 80% precision was gotten in a half year after the system was implemented. My role: business analyst, product owner and project manager
Insurance automation system (software development)
Project’s product: The insurance operation and finance system to account for all types of operations based on 1C platform. Scale: 1 scrum team of 8 engineers, 3 analytics, ~ 300 users, ~ 200 000 clients, 9 months Result: the first release was successfully issued in the production operation My role: project manager and business analyst
Service support’s management system
Service support’s management system with the module for partner’s companies (software development) Project’s product: The internet platform for uniting IT service providers, companies that buy their service, and users who directly work in supporting systems. The main goal was to organize all support processes in one place and make communication between members simple and transparent. Scale: 5 programmers, 1 year. Result: 3 corporate clients were connected to the service when it was released. My role: product owner, business analyst, and project manager
