Created a team with 5 content creators from scratch to make fresh, hyper-target content for users daily. • Deeply analyzed the segment and, based on the identified user's needs,launched 12 new services on the site, which raised CSI by 20%. • Created a development team: 4 front-end and 2 backend software engineers, a test engineer, a designer, a DevOps, an architect, and a business analyst from scratch that deliver releases to users weekly. Yandex.Navigator: • Launched 2 app versions in partnership with brands: Star Wars (Disney)and World of Tanks (Wargaming).
