Selling Oracle licenses to the large bank in Belarus
I was a sales manager responsible for all the selling stages: starting from the cold calling and getting acquainted with the Customer, analysis of IT-infrastructure, presenting the solution, etc. and up to the issue of a tender and preparing the requested documents. As a result we gained this Customer as a loyal client with the positive reference.
Implementation of Zabbix monitoring system
I was a PM in this pilot project for a small department of a huge state Customer supervising all the stages of its realization, responsible for the deadlines, project's risks, communication with the Customer's team, etc. We not only installed the agents to monitor the IT-infrastructure, but also decomposed the Customer's business process and started to monitor it with Zabbix. The project was implemented on time, met the Customer's requirements, demonstrated qualitative results in the limited time (conflict between Customer's hardware setup and vendor's Best practices; nonoptimality of the provided service due to servers running high, problems with web-servers configuration, etc.) and has become a reference at the market. As a result this autumn we are awaiting the tender for the monitoring system for the all over Customer's geographically dispersed structures.
Development of OraclePartnerNetwork in Belarus
I worked at the only Oracle VAD in Belarus as OPN manager resposible for the development (quantitive and qualitative) of OraclePartnerNetwork in our region. I organized different seminars, road-shows, made presentations, helped the partners to receive specializations, to prolong the agreements, etc. In this period OraclePartnerNetwork in Belarus grew for about 15%.
