As a part of the Growth Marketing Team I`m responsible for managing user acquisition activities and experimenting to find fresh points of growth primary in Apple Search Ads and ad networks. As a Media Buyer I was responsible for shaping and executing the online marketing strategies, developing and optimising highly-effective paid social campaigns in gambling category, with the goal to increase customer base and engagement levels. - Optimize spend across channels including Facebook, Google UAC, TikTok, Unity, MyTarget, ad networks, and others in order to maximize ROI and improve overall campaign performance. - Analyse performance based on the main metrics (CPA, ARPPU, LTV, ROMI, CVR, Retention and others) and engagement to drive actionable insights Identify new partners, platforms, and optimisation opportunities to drive campaign performance Provide suggestions for creatives (Videos, banners, ad copy) - Set tasks for the design department and control the implementation of these tasks - Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for all major metrics, goals and KPI's - Drawing up media plans (banner ads, pre-rolls, special projects, social networks, etc.); - Document management (approval, signing of contracts and applications, timely receipt of invoices, closing documents from contractors, etc.); - Placing applications for payment of traffic and expenses within the department according to a monthly media plan - Maintain business relationships with resource sellers to ensure the smooth operation of the media buying team (accounts, debit cards, proxies, subscriptions to various services, etc.) - Pulling and creating data, reports and documents to showcase performance and provide in-depth analysis of results
