Lamoda Group
Lamoda is a clothing and footwear marketplace, part of the Global Fashion Group (GFG). 1. Managed the Conversion team of 5 product managers, 2 project managers, product analysts, designers, and 20 full stack developers. 2. Responsible for product areas: personalization, advertising platform, customer returns, search and catalog, rejection and returns rate decrease, reviews, desktop and mobile site as platforms. 3. Launched the development of two large-scale cross-team products at the top level of the company's OKR: Advertising Platform and Easy Return (Customer returns). Both products are based on a strong Unit Economics and have a significant impact on Net Profit and CLTV.
Master Delivery
Master Delivery is a multicategory last-mile delivery startup founded by Yum! Restaurants (KFC) and BCG Digital Ventures. 1. Managing a team of 8 people (product managers, designers, analysts) who lead 5 product teams with ~80 RND team members in total. 2. Launched the product in 3 months, and then scaled it from 100 orders per month to ~3 million orders in 2021 (130 cities and 650 locations). 3. Developed the product to 4 independent monetization models. 4. Break-even and then positive profit were achieved after 2 years of operation. 5. All thanks to my amazing team of super stars, of which I am sincerely proud.
Yandex
Bringly is a cross-border marketplace founded by Yandex.Market and Sberbank. 1. Responsible for creating of significant part of the product from the scratch: product page, shopping cart, checkout, order details, logistics (delivery), user support, order returns, loyalty program, favorites, cash flow and money data flow schemes. 2. Managed the Acquisition and Retention team: 10+ full stack developers, analyst, product manager, designer. 3. Initiated and executed pivot: a completely new business plan based on a solid Unit Economics model with a GMV of 3 billion rubles monthly and a positive net profit.
