Global Health Supply Chain Program-Procurement and Supply Management Project
• Ensure successful implementation of the project work plan and achievement of the objectives considering gender, diversity, inclusion and right-based approach (RBA); • Collaborate with partners/stakeholders to leverage resources and build on best practices; • Manage and perform assessment, design, capacity building and program activities; • Develop and monitor budgets and implementation plan for centrally funded programs; • Support performance management and professional development of direct reports through ongoing feedback, coaching, and career support;
Community-Based Rehabilitation project
• Manage the implementation of Caritas Germany programs and projects, incl. regional; • Conduct capacity building needs assessment, design and implement of capacity building measures, considering gender and inclusion aspects; • Ensure Program development, administration, partner staff development; • Supervise and monitor HR, Finance, projects and programs; • Manage donor concerns, write progress reports, promote right-based approach, inclusion and gender mainstreaming; • Assess capacity of NGOs and their business-plans for grant provision purposes; • Network, build partnerships and engage stakeholders;
Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC)
• Lead the development and implementation of the program description, provision of in-country technical assistance, implementation plan, program strategies, program reports and work plan for the EpiC Tajikistan project. • Engage in South-to-South learning and collaborate/build upon country and regional initiatives, as applicable. Coordinate with EpiC CAR regional project teams to ensure cross-country synergies and provide regional technical guidance if/as needed. • Supervise and provide overall program and technical guidance to the EpiC Tajikistan project team in ensure compliance with the organizational procedures and the standards including finance, operations and subaward management. • Provide technical and programmatic expertise in HIV prevention, care, treatment, and viral load activities for sex workers, people who inject drugs, transient populations, and men who have sex with men. • Oversee above-site level activities aimed at sustainability of HIV services and scale up of community-based HIV services in the country. • Oversee strategic information management to ensure quality program reporting of results and data-driven decisions. • Coordinate community engagement and empowerment activities with KP groups for access to HIV and other health services. • Work with the Ministry of Health (MOH), Republican AIDS Center (RAC) and other government agencies to ensure that quality of services provided reduces barriers and improves access to services for KPs. • Work with CBOs, CSOs, other KP partners, local health centers and the MOH to increase demand and the uptake of HIV and other health and wellness related services both at a community and clinic level. • Keep abreast of developments in larger HIV/AIDS and KP field, as well as COVID-19 response; document project methodologies, results, and outcomes, and develop abstracts and publications. • Contribute to program quality according to FHI 360 standards including quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives.
