Being part of Central and Eastern Europe HQ (30+ countries) compete team. On daily basis supported internal field teams in their customer engagements across cloud competition landscape within SMB, SMC, Enterprise Commercial, Public Sector and strategic deals. • Facilitated complex strategic deals acceleration through Area Win Room program: competition insights, deal economics, TCO, value proposition, advanced usage and deployment scenarios, battlecards. Provided access to area and global resources; guided in finding appropriate funding programs corporate and locally. 200+ projects went through WinRoom in FY20 valued at $2B with 56% of winrate and x2 KPI overachievement. • Established and maintained positive working relationship with key stakeholders (top-management, regional sales, engineering, service, marcom, product groups, legal). Built bridges between teams by involving subject matter experts worldwide, organized ideation sessions with Area Vice President and senior level stakeholders, resulting in quicker problem solving and their openness to cooperate. Led and coordinated bi-weekly and quarterly SCRUM sessions with 28 countries, built and pushed business-cases to be actioned upon. # of escalations x2 (internal KPIs overachievement x1.5). • Consolidated field feedback and continuously investigated process/product fit based on ongoing blockers use cases and Win/Loss analysis. Held and quarterly reported analysis in terms of product trends, media, MoUs, hiring, incentives, events and potential risks. • Led key success metrics research for 4 product lines within 28 countries (product adoption, scenarios of competition retention, market share, revenue, volume, profitability), incorporated inputs and reported as an executive summary to the top management in Redmond HQ
