Responsibilities: ● Operative and strategic management of Supply chain department by managing procurement, demand and supply planning, logistics and warehousing processes. ● Management of Supply chain department budget and team of 5 members direct reporters. ● Continuous performance improvement by KPI development and ensuring competitive advantage by value creation and cost optimization across the whole supply chain. ● Development of procurement regulations and monitoring of their implementation. ● Member of the senior leadership & management team that delivers an ambitious and sustainable revenue targets. Achievements: ● Cost of food category supply have been reduced, saving 150 KEUR/year. ● Cost of non food category supply have been reduced, saving 100 KEUR. ● Relocation of Warehouse have been organized in 2 month without disturbing the logistics processes. ● Supply chain processes have been structured, procurement procedure have been implemented which contributed to pass successfully yearly audit.

Responsibilities: ● Monthly reporting to the Regional Head office. ● Manage demand, supply, inventory planning, ensure fulfillment of purchase orders. ● Control of local and regional inventory level to prevent out of stock and write off situations. ● KPI implementation, controlling and taking actions for their continuous improvement and reporting to the Board. ● Supply logistics cost optimization. ● Cross functional work with Global and Regional IT to achieve alignment of SAP system with local processes. Achievements: ● I was in charge for setting-up new subsidiary’s supply chain processes in Kazakhstan for demand and supply planning, logistics and warehousing operations. ● Achieved cost reduction for certification process, 600 KEUR per year. ● S&OP process have been implemented which have been recognized by Regional Head office as a benchmark for other regions. ● Supply chain processes have been designed, KPIs have been defined and implemented. ● Internal audit have been successfully passed.

Responsibilities: ● Leading monthly S&OP meetings with Sales and Marketing team to contribute consensus forecast creation. ● Monthly KPI reporting to the Board and Regional Management. ● Ensure trends, seasonality and promotional impacts are incorporated into the forecasts. ● Daily operations within the SAP demand planning and Business intelligence system. ● Order management. Achievements: ● Forecast accuracy have been increased from 66% up to 68% during 6 month. ● S&OP process have been implemented which haven’t been before in the Company.

Responsibilities: ● Distribution planning of goods flow to 13 Distribution centers around Kazakhstan. ● Defining safety stock and optimal stock level for each Distribution center and regular update. ● Sales forecast accuracy and inventory level analysis. ● Preparing weekly delivery schedule for Logistics group and optimisation of logistics charges. ● FEFO/FIFO principle control. ● Claiming process with Distributors. Achievements: ● 6 mio EUR/year working capital been released by safety stock and inventory optimization within Productivity Improvement project. ● Damaged goods tracking process have been optimised which helped to simplify the process and to decrease operational workload.

Responsibilities: ● Responsible for importing finished goods to ensure uninterrupted materials flow. ● Responsible for market analysis, analysis of materials and services, conditions available at the market to develop a Procurement Plan. ● Controlling materials movement from placing an order till receipt at the warehouse. ● Preparation of yearly tender calendar and tenders conduction. ● Claiming process with Suppliers.
