Incident Management

The wide map of company's products needs a person to manage it. Working as an Incident Manager I was managing production incidents (customer affecting issues), working on building the preventing plans for these issues, gathering incidents' statistics, facts & findings, performing Root Cause Analysis and reporting to VPs.

System Monitoring

Working as a NOC Engineer, I was monitoring production systems, troubleshooting, working directly with OPS, DevOps, R&D teams on resolving the issues, writing runbooks & playbooks to share the knowledge of troubleshooting, using a wide list of tools to cover all the monitoring.

Transfer to Zabbix

Creating and running alarms in Zabbix to covers all the system, services, etc.
