Existing PowerPlatform system was initially developed by an external vendor and the Musgraves hired me as an independent freelance technical consultant to evaluate the system developed by the vendor. I was there for 4 months to understand, document and train the in-house senior management on the existing deployment. I have given my opinion on the following - Whether PowerPlatform fit the purpose. - Scalability and extending the functionality to the portals. - Worked with Business Analysts to show around inside the system. - Train the existing employees on configuring and customization the system. - I have done the performance review - I have demo them how to connect the Power BI to the PowerPlatform to create the dashboards/scheduled reports/views and integrating the Power BI with their On-Prem internal systems. - I have advised the customer on optimizing the Microsoft licensing model. - I have also shown the customer on how to automate the business processes using the out of box functionalities in the PowerPlatform Online using the Microsoft Power Automate Flows and Custom Connectors for integrating their internal finance system. - I have demo the building of custom forms and views on both PowerApps Model Driven Apps and Power Pages/Microsoft Portals. - I have done a proof of concept for them to integrate the external payment gateway using HTML5/Javascript/Power Automate Flows/C#.Net API.

- Independent review of existing system and valuation and reporting to the management on the scalability of the MS PowerPlatform. - Portal and Power Apps Development. - Integration with SharePoint Online. - Configuration & customization of Dynamics in house. - Training and mentoring the internal inhouse staff, Power Automate/Workflows. - Plugins using full suite of MS Visual Studio in C#.NET, WebServices, HTML Web Resources using Javascript/jQuery/HTML/CSS for custom builds,. - DevOps for MS Dynamics builds and releases. - Independent performance reviews on Dynamics On-Prem and Online. - Azure logic apps/PowerBI for dashboards on Dynamics. - Full end to end development, support, advisory on optimizing the MS Dynamics 365 licenses. - Integration with Azure services. - Troubleshooting, Migration, Debugging the code to fix the issues. - Reports development using SSRS. - Data Migration to Dynamics 365 and external systems using SSIS/Azure Data Factory.

Canvas App, Model Driven App and Power Automate, PowerBI, Portals. PowerPlatform Architect role involves in training and support of in-house developers, identifying the requirements in PowerPlatform and working together with group of application architects across various business units, closely working with IT department managers on reusability of existing functionality and optimizing the out of box features and most latest releases of PowerPlatform and promoting the Azure and cloud storage and advising the client on the Microsoft PowerPlatform new licenses. Involving the PowerPlatform community, contributing with the case studies, toolbox, organizing the conferences with Europe’s more regarded Architects and the Product development team in Czech and Reading, UK.
