Responsibilities and achievements: Managed an analysis team in two projects: developed and implemented a solution based on the company's master data management product - Unidata and created a datamart via Elasticsearch. Both solutions have been successfully implemented and are being used in Moscow. Managed business and system analysis tasks in a project. Created, updated and reviewed tasks to the development team in Jira + Confluence. Planned sprints with the development team. Participated in the design of implemented systems architecture, modeling ER diagrams in Visual Paradigm. Wrote system architectural documentation. Created BPMN diagrams in Camunda Modeller and user interfaces in Moqups. Planned and conducted demonstrations to the client. Worked with the contractor and monitored the performance of his tasks. Previously there was created a prototype based on Oracle DB and Oracle ADF. Key responsibilities in the project: Prototyped interfaces and stated problems to the development team. Controlled and managed jira (issueTypes, workflows, dashboards, etc.). Created and supported analysis team interaction, development and testing. Conducted planning, demonstrations, and retrospectives in teams. Created a module development plan, prioritized and assigned tasks to employees. Conducted interviews and trained analysis team members. Successfully implemented TopTeam in the project team for writing use cases, and Enterprise Architect – for creating and updating diagrams.

Participate in sprint planning and evaluation of use cases. Worked with the PostgreSQL database, wrote scripts, updated data, and corrected errors. I have written a program that simplifies the process of a time-consuming data migration for tables. The project is posted on Github (Java, Spring Boot, JDBC, Skype alerts). Interacted with analysts, analyzed requirements and integrations with external systems. Updated descriptions and design diagrams in Enterprise Architect, created report templates in Jaspersoft Studio.
