I was born in Brazil, but grew up and graduated from the faculty of history in the USSR. At the age of 30 I returned to Brazil, where I worked in several areas: electricity sector, pharmaceutical sector, port inspection, animal protein market, certification of companies. For two years I was the head of the APEX (Brazilian Export Promotion Agency) office in Moscow. During 3.5 years I was vice director of the Gazprom office in Brazil. I have been working independently as a consultant for over five years.
