my service includes teaching professional scrum and technical coaching. I have created the course Technical Excellence School: 56 hours of practical training of well-known engineering practices, such as: unit-testing, test-driven development, refactoring, continuous integration, continuous delivery etc.

At Alfa-Bank my role was as full-time Scrum Master, took active part in Agile transformation in a bank - interacted with C-level and other management in alignment with other Scrum Masters, facilitating the transformation process in different parts of the organization.

At sputnik.ru my role was at first as a development team member in the Scrum team and later I became Scrum Master.
