Achievements: - Common Supply Chain Team structure is revised, key roles are recruited and onboarded – from the scratch. - Pharm Department preparation for JCI Audit is done within short period of time. - JCI Audit is successfully passed for all assessed clinics. - Sourcing Policy, Tender Policy are developed and approved – from the scratch. - Ordering process automation is launched – from the scratch. - Payment Terms to suppliers are extended from 22 till 26 days. - Inventory level is decreased from 94 till 60 days stock.
