● Created new developers workflow following more agile principles, updating the server and backend architecture, developing new features in Laravel Nova, creating new customer platform from scratch on Next.JS + Laravel. ● Responsible for creating and organizing developer workflows adhering to agile principles, managing the server and backend architecture, and developing new features. ● Facilitating team communication through ticket creation, 1:1 meetings, grooming sessions, standups, and retrospectives. ● Primarily focused on backend development but also contributing as a full-stack developer to modernize and enhance the outdated frontend previously based on Laravel Nova. ● Main development work has been building new Client Platform (migrating away from Laravel Nova). For that, I needed to review whole backend architecture and data structures. ● As we decided to migrate to GraphQL as well, it was needed to take Laravel Lighthouse into use, review all security measures as we were handling sensitive data about our users as well. ● Project was done in 3 months, it was directed to the Mindletic’s business users. Throughout that project I needed to instruct also intern from MIT and new full stack developer who joined Mindletic in the middle of the project.

● Developed PDF generation features and 360 assessment tools for executives, leveraging ReactJS, NodeJS, and GraphQL. ● As a T-shape full stack developer I was responsible for creating analysis for 360 assessments which was main feature I was working on, data structures for the assessments data, give input also for designers, some client communication together with our CEO. ● The purpose of the feature was to have client’s employees to give feedback for other employees. We needed to implement surveys, surveys management (to create new surveys), invitations mechanisms (for both existing and new users) through email and reports.
Werk
● Led the front-end development of a NextJS and MongoDB B2B platform, enhancing worker vetting processes. ● Main project was developing new MVP for B2B client platform, where we managed the workforce searching, matching but also new products to create applications for Visas (it was mainly intended for the workforce outside EU). Later on the product was pivoted for AI assessments for workforce, mainly about construction skills and security.
