Responsibility to manage and run the Digitization & Industry 4.0 Initiative for the Hemofarm & STADA Production Sites. Manage the implementation of several Industry 4.0 solutions, such as: Implementation of OEE Real-time Performance Manager Software on the Packaging lines and Tableting machines; Data Historian Software installation as a prerequisite for MES system. Very much involved into digitization concepts such as augmented reality, big data, data analytics, IoT, digital twin, cloud, smart sensors, new business models. Share the automation technology knowledge and experience and advice colleagues from all production sites about Industry 4.0 topics and present new innovations from the market. Interfaces with Vendors to understand which products best meet business requirements. Ensure the compliance with regulatory, GMP standards in projects. Experience driving cost savings. Certified PMP professional with Six Sigma training. Good knowledge of economic relations and business needs.
