● Analyze and Interpret business requirements from Business Analyst into a proper system design. ● Plan and execute development task lists accordingly. ● Monitor each development phase to ensure that every change and requests are implemented and delivered accordingly. ● Work with other departments and divisions such as Process Implementation, Quality Control, IT Operation, IT Business Solution, and Business Process Implementation. ● Lead a technical team consisting of mobile programmers on developing and maintaining the company's mobile apps.
