As a Lead DevOps Engineer, I'm participating in On-Prem to GCP cloud migration. Here are some of my achievements: ● Encouraged Team as a Service approach within infrastructure team. ● Moved all Terraform code to Terraform cloud and promoted strict pipelines for Terraform code with Sentinel policies. ● Seamlessly migrated Gitlab from Omnibus to Kubernetes. ● Led cost optimization on AWS account.

I was managing DevOps part of development in a fully remote team. Here is some of what we have achieved: ● Established a sprint review process. Transparency was a problem that needed to be fixed. ● Fixed lack of DevOps as commonly used practices. We wrote about 40 ansible roles and covered those roles by tests (serverspec). ● Also, we have build CI with testing our builds in Docker. This helped our non-agile process to stay as agile as it could. ● Full transparency was achieved in the DevOps team. XP was applied in some way.

Here are some of my achievements: ● Integrated DevOps Team into Company processes, making on-boarding of new projects more faster and more transparent. ● Implemented Kubernetes and started writing Helm charts. Convinced everyone that writing Helm charts is cool. ● Migrated all pipelines to Pipeline as Code. ● Launched company first production Kubernetes cluster in Azure. ● Led a migration of infrastructure from Azure to AWS. ● Promoted Kubernetes driven Architecture. ● Introduced artifactory to store various artifacts across all projects. ● Migrated applications from HockeyApp to Microsoft AppCenter. ● Implemented reusable infrastructure with Terraform. ● Introduced approach where Terraform in the only way to change infrastructure. ● Highly increased usage of Terraform on projects.
