Responsibilities: - Performing functional, usability, load and localisation testing of web, desktop, and mobile applications as a member of the software crowdsourcing community; - Preparing exploratory path reports during testing; - Reviewing applications and providing feedback to customers.

Responsibilities as a Scrum master: - Driving Scrum, adjusting development process (inspection & adaptation); - Improving transparency of activities, project communications; - Facilitating collaboration of development team, product owner, stakeholders and subject-matter experts; - Eliminating impediments, forecasting needs to fulfil new requests. Responsibilities as a Test manager / Test parajumper: - Leading testing activities in up to 5 projects with the help of 4 testers; - Training and coaching new testers; - Defining and applying proper testing approach and tools in each context, based on project duration, team, etc.; - Acting as a test leader, manager, consultant, regular tester - according to a specific situation.

Responsibilities: - Developing SW modules (LabVIEW VIs) to control DVB Headend equipment; - Creating scripts using NI TestStand to automate testing; - Creating documents (test procedures, equipment instructions); - Lab support (incl. HW maintenance, troubleshooting); - Reviewing documents and code; - Communicating inside and outside the team, knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities: - Designing hardware: full-cycle – idea generation, BOM selection, creation of electrical scheme, PCB tracing, testing; - Developing FPGA firmware (VHDL) to implement network controller; - Developing PC software to operate the device.
