Support for the operation of the "Randok" project management application. Correction of errors in the service using: Camunda, SQL, Postman, Grafana, Internal system logger, and Developer tools in the browser. B2B support and consulting with customers. Invented and implemented formats for registering and processing requests. I came up with and wrote the order of immersion in the project for new support employees. Wrote internal instructions and scripts describing the order of actions in emergency situations.
