Business scaling

The architecture of the project needed to be scalable to work with many partners in different geographies. Our strategic partner was a Casino Management System that works in multiple jurisdictions and all clients around the world were interested in the project, form inland casinos to sportsbooks and online casinos. In order to make it easy for ourselves to integrate with new partners, with different regulations we created a system that helped us manage different card issuers, casinos and casino management systems in the same place.

Wallet App

The App was an integration between a casino management system, our own system and a financial enabler. We were able to comply with all regulations and create seamless flow between platforms. The app allows to register, issue a card, replace a card, show transactions (in both loops), cash in/cash out, block the card and cancel the card.

Cash2Go

C2Go is an international FinTech and digital payments company that seeks to provide financial services to the gaming industry mainly through its strategic world partner WinSystems. Main responsibilities:  -Definition of the product in all terms: technically, legally, operationally, and financially - till 100% implementation nationwide.  -Create the UI/UX flows for the App. -Day-to-day follow-up with CTO, developers, internal areas, customers, partners, and end users.  -Tropicalization and implementation of the product for markets such as Colombia, Chile, Spain, and the U.S.  -Backlog management & Market research. Achievements:  -Full develop, launch and implementation of the solution from start to end, Front, back, integrations and infrastructure. -More than 100K functional cards (in app and open loop) -Deals closed with 6 (out of 8) main operators in less than 5 months.
