IT Services and IT Consulting (developer & owner of 3 most popular Insurance solutions). ● Opened a new revenue channel for the company by developing (by a distributed international team with two developers) from scratch and go-live (Java-based) start-up aggregator application that increases insurance brokers' time effectiveness (insurance premium collecting) almost x3: - Took part in building the application architecture. - Performed code review to ensure code readability, testability, and maintainability. - Coached Product Owner to work with a backlog. ● Won for the company the pre-sale process for selling a system with a low time-to-market indicator by scoping the project and developing a prototype of the health insurance Claim system for the Georgian insurance company with the Java low-code add-on and one proprietary library. ● Proved to 3 insurers our ability to create the fastest configurable insurance product factory by developing prototypes of flexible insurance product factories specializing in Health insurance, Accident insurance, and Financial risks using the free add-on for low coding. ● Proposed for a client 25 points achieve additional economic efficiency by 9 approaches to improve their current commission management process and system. ● Offered a client 17 recommendations for improving the design of the API, which should lead to improved security and a reduction in the number of requests, load on an application and the DBMS, and a reduction in data in the database. ● Coached team members for cross-functional and automation for easier and better quality development.

● Generated additional (up to 100% of the standard client's support contract) money for a company by proposing and implementing changes and additional feature implementations, as well as upgrading the ERP systems of several clients using a limited number of developers. ● Eliminated contract fines on SLA by continuous delivery of all levels of production support services and implementation of monitoring for a few customers at the same time allowing them to use and update their systems without fail. ● Approximately 20% decreased cycle time metric value by delivery process optimisation on the acceptance side. ● Management of 10 service contracts of functional and infrastructure support and development of SAP at 6 clients simultaneously. ● Planned and executed project SAP ERP upgrade from EHP 6 to EHP 8 in 3 months.

The largest Insurance company in Eastern Europe. ● I raised to PM from SAP-consultant by recommendation to this role after impressive short SAP BI implementation and all its problems solved in the financial department. ● Saved $9,5 million (from the start profit of the project until the end of 2019) across 7 bullets of incentive commission management due to SAP implementation and process optimisation. ● Economed about $2 million of a project’s budget by adapting its plan and lifecycle on the fly in the dynamic environment actively collaborated with stakeholders (C-level including) and switching to an agile approach. ● Decreased x3 time-to-market to generate new incentives commission conditions for the whole agents' network (more than 30k agents) by creating a streamlined delivery process by a pulling kanban system and building the delivery team still stable working nowadays. ● Hired and onboard 6 additional business analysts and made most of them proxy-PM. All of them are now Senior PMs or directors. ● As an SAP consultant, I optimized costs of about $1 mln annually of manual repeatable work by implementing scheduled SAP jobs according to their production calendar and events.
