Key project: Soft2Bet Online casinos, licensed worldwide. • Responsible for E-2-E Management of R&D in the company. • Successfully released 8 B2B + 4 B2C brands with $60+m gross revenue. • Developed R&D strategy based on revenue streams and company's OKR. • Embedded R&D as SaaS unit into company's business model.

Key project: Unified Charging platform for mobile operators. • Successfully released Vodafone’s biggest Production upgrade for $45m+ annum gross revenue. • Responsible for development and delivery process from pre-sale to production support + customer satisfaction, risk and budget management. • Hired and organised full stack Engineering product and project teams (from architects to L3 Support). • Established GCP/Azure/AWS framework management of Production and Staging + Disaster Recovery environment.

Key project: AU Childcare Management system. • Successfully launched Government-affiliated product across Australia with 2m+ active families, influencing Childcare across the nation. • Responsible for E-2-E R&D and delivery processes, including short and long-term Development/QA strategy, staff management, hands-on management of everyday routine, business requirements, risks and efforts.

Key project: World of Warships. • Launched World of Warships Pre-, Closed and Open Alpha versions. • Built and organised QA processes in RU&US teams. • Created and implemented functional, automation and non-functional QA strategies. • Organised and executed onsite Focus-/UX-Tests followed by postgame questionnaires and analysis of the results. • Established community-based work: UAT, releases, post-production support and Media feedback analysis. • Presented WoWS on E3/Gamescom and other exhibitions.

Key project: DB trading lifecycles. • Delivered 4 Deutsche Bank trading- and transaction-related projects (2 T&M, 2 FP with 38% gross margin, 6% attrition). • Responsible for QA, UAT and implementation processes based on outsource specifics, including: contracts, customer onsite reporting, attrition, benching and customer's approval on budget/OT. • Signed and hired 4 onsite and 12 offsite FTEs.

Key project: Grocery (SET5-6)/Gas station software (OIL). • Successfully released 10+ patches of SET5, 2 releases of SET6 and OIL to grocery stores and gas stations in St.Petersburg, including Integration of the new system with the existing ERP, bringing $10m+ gross revenue. • As playing coach, built and organised QA department from scratch. • Responsible for QA and Release management in the company: costs, hiring, personal/professional growth, risks. • Worked in RU regions to build test processes with implementation on the move.
