Key Achievements: • Successfully created software product above from scratch, hired and built a new highly-motivated tech team 25+ employees. • Built team-wide development processes: planning, feature design, code style, code review, GitLab CI/CD, UAT, and releases. • Designed a unique architecture approach for trade strategies backtest with an extensive toolkit for technical analysis. • Constructed high-performance, fail-safe, flexible, and easy horizontal scalable real-time trading system on Java microservices as a customer white label solution for exchanges and brokers with 10000+ custom live trade algorithms.

Key Achievements: • Successfully created a new key project of a unified front office system for Renaissance Credit Bank (Russia) as a lead backend developer. • Integrated new architecture approach for bank retail loan processing based on microservices. All major bank services were migrated to this architecture after succeeding integration and discarded legacy ESB solutions after that. • Successfully migrated a critical legacy bank’s deposit front office to MS Dynamics CRM successfully. • Developed massive business features for a major trade accounting system of international investment holding PCM (UK). It automates large manual compliance checks of trades according to local regulators' laws and requirements. • Designed and implemented a custom CI/CD system for Oracle BI Publisher reports that improves internal bank test and delivery processes of loan agreement fixes and other retail docs.

As a full-stack developer worked on the bank’s front office and loan retail systems. Key Achievements: • Successfully migrated legacy complex loan scoring business logic from DB procedures to flexible and easily supportable Java web services. • Integrated customer data processing from social networks for bank loan customer scoring. • Designed and implemented internal systems: monitoring for non-production stands, web server log processing tool, based on NoSQL storage solution.
