Nets specialize in powering digital payments, connect banks, businesses and consumers via an international network facilitating digital payments. Spanning across the Nordic and Baltic region, Nets provide a broad range of card services, account services, and payment solutions for merchants. ● My Role is to help many departments within Nets that is a part of international working environment (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, India and Finland) and act as interim Head of Explore department in his absence. ● Work in close relation with product owners and role is to manage technical dependencies outside the department (domain) and coordinating deliveries. ● Responsible for all the deliveries of IT Merchant Services, Commerce Enablement domain in Nets, with focus on Storebox, DAM(Digital Asset Management), NAA(Nordic Alternative Acceptance products) and MS Prepaid Cards. ● lead the planning, shaping, and management of large, complex change initiatives to deliver defined business benefits and outcomes. ● Proved successful working within tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment. ● Work closely with both local and near shore Agile and Scrum teams in ex Sweden, India and Poland. ● Skilled at working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
