● Designed a remote learning infrastructure for 1000 students using VMware Horizon to unlock remote study opportunities and speed up environment refreshes from 2 days to 15 min. ● Architected DR-solution for business-critical Customer Analytics in Telecom provider based on Hitachi storage and VMware. ● Rethink whole employees' remote access to business apps from distributed stores in a food retail company. End-User Computing & Telco Pre-sale (Feb 2018 — Sep 2022): ● Architected the design of a mobile device management solution for 32,000 employees of the top European DIY Retail company using VMware Workspace One UEM. ● Designed with an international expert team, a technical concept for the new infrastructure platform of 10 data centres for a top-3 telecom operator in Russia based on VMware Telco. ● Secured all PoC requirements for a digital workspace environment solution to over 300,000 Largest Bank employees in Russia. As a result: the deal size is about $3M. ● Supported the urgent implementation of MS Teams on personal devices to transition over 10,000 employees of a leading Food Retailer to remote work during the global lockdown and COVID-19. Core Technical Pre-sale (Jul 2015 — Feb 2018): ● Implemented on-premises Workspace One UEM in production within 2 working days for a Top10 Russian bank, scaling to 3,000 managed devices. ● Delivered and mentored an annual series of technical sessions for partner and customer engineering teams (offline and online).
