Targeting Specialist

Project: Rebranding and relaunch of an online premium perfume store (Europe and US markets). 

Job Description: The company is planning to relaunch a perfume website in pure-play e-commerce format (online only).

Requirements:

Experience in a similar position from 3 years

• Proven experience in digital advertising, particularly with Instagram and TikTok (preferably in beauty / lifestyle niche), and premium/luxury segment.
• Mastery of tools: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, UTM, GA4.
• Ability to create hypotheses, A/B tests, conversion funnels.
• Start-up mindset, motivation and interest in beauty and luxury segment products.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
