- Doubled acquisition rate and increased activation rate by 35% (MoM) by initiating changes in sign up / sign in path of the B2C app. - Supported products’ piloting in the USA, Mexico, China markets (localization & market adaptation). - Launched a new product in 4 months (self-service terminal) and improved the existing ones (app for managing POS scanner, app for users). - Developed product and market analysis (via Cust Dev, identifying core customer segments, preparing CJM and user flow scenarios) and set up the app analytics (key product events monitoring: installment, activation, retention, MAU) to identify customers’ pains and bottlenecks of the products and manage product metrics. - Initiated changes in the app UI to comply with GDPR requirements and provide the legal possibility to operate on the EU market.
