● Supervise each project (Modern Infrastructure, load balancing, Tower project) in the factory that given from ITSM global teams. ● Handle the assigned support ticket from IT Team. Following standard escalation processes when out of scope. ● Communicating and working with Coats support teams to do the troubleshooting steps for Incident. ● Provides hardware troubleshooting support, including hardware replacement (part provided by Vendors), to all servers, desktop/laptop, network devices and non-pc users (IP phones, mobile phones). ● Work with vendor on installing device in area and work with cabling company to get cabling run for devices, troubleshooting for the network port issue. ● Provides to install the software from approved list, installing the PC/Laptop by Autopilot deployment. ● Communicate with the vendors/service providers of servers, computers, network devices, printers and Internet. ● Manage the IT inventory, stock replenishment,stock take and maintain server room infrastructure, housekeeping of network devices, UPS, security. ● Manage all user to strictly comply with the "Use of IT" standard and procedures of IT Cyber Security policies. ● Any other task related to the IT department.
