As a Scrum Master and Development Lead I had successfully led and delivered several projects in Customer Service Delivery Assurance using WebMethods, my responsibilities were. - Creating and maintaining development process for 5 teams based in 3 countries. - Providing and implementing the ideas of development and testing processes along with new tools and solutions (Code quality tools etc.). - Maintaining developers work synchronization between all teams for code development, maintenance and defect fixing. - Administrating System environments along with approval for code review and deployment. - Supporting and providing ideas for System improvements such as Optimization, refactoring. - Facilitation of Scrum Ceremonies and bride gap between Product owners and Development team. - Mentoring and guiding team members on Agile processes. - Supporting production deployment and on call technical assistance.

As a Squad Lead for 2 squads, I am responsible for. - Managing Technical release scope planning and implementation. - Facilitating Agile ceremonies, inspecting processes, mentoring and guiding changes to the team and Client stakeholders. - Motivating and guiding technical team to meet deliverables on time and in budget. - Preparing technical documents and guidelines. - Ensuring code quality meets the Project standards. - Co-ordinating among other Squads, Team leads and Proficiency leads for Cross team work delivery. - Measuring and tracking KPIs, Metrics and improving them by providing feedback and making changes as necessary. - Participating in SDLC group responsible for internal processes analysis and improvements. - Building and Improving process around new hiring in Project Management COE.

- Aligning release scope, along with communication with all organization levels – Business Analysts, Architects, Team Leads, Developers and Customers. - Managing release implementation process – solving miscommunications, misalignments, and conflicts within different teams and/or systems, aligning deadlines. - Supporting QA teams during different test phases (system, INT, UAT), overseeing and maintaining bug fixes process. - Preparing release candidate – alignment between different implementation streams, help solving conflicts and release issues.
