Last year we focused on the scaling of the products, applications, and development power. Managed different outsourcing companies to hire over 50 remote developers, designers, and testers. Created developers portal to offer Paxful services to other businesses to build their own products based on the Paxful services. Created many different services. This was a great experience of how to offload functionality from the monolith to the separate services and how to scale company IT bandwidth.

I joined the company when we had 10 people and within 3+ years we grew very fast to 300 employees. This was an awesome experience on how to grow fast from a small startup to a big company. As Product owner/manager we created a lot of big projects, for example, KYC. Faced a lot of problems with user verifications in different countries, with the verification process itself. As a product owner of the mobile application, we created both applications(iOS and Android) from scratch within 6 months. In 2 months after release, we already had ~300k downloads, in 4 months over 1m. The numbers of transactions and trades through the app grow very fast. As a result of my work, a proper structure was created in the product and engineering departments, and a great team of the product guys was hired The mistakes we had made taught me a lot and made a stronger lead in scaling a product and a product development function.

Developed big projects such as Multi coin support, localization of the products, and others. Also helped with analysis, created templates, guidelines on how to write proper documentation. Created proper process how to developer features, what kind of tools to use for that.

Search and book escape rooms worldwide. Read escape room reviews and book the best escape room near you. Successfully launched an escape room booking system in Estonia found our niche. 3k+ registered rooms and 60k+ bookings from the start. This was a good lesson, that customers' feedback is priority number one.

Hired a great team and let them do their job scaling the company. Learned a lot. The biggest challenge for me was to wear 3 hats(architecture, product management and engineering lead to making sure that team efficiency is high) and create a new Social trading platform from scratch to achieve goals such as making product scalable, resolve high load problems, make user onboarding and interaction with the system more friendly, prepare the system for banking. We significantly improved the product and put it on the next level. Also, we improved people's management skills. Admiral markets is now TOP20 forex broker company in the world.

Created Timesystem for internal use. This is a platform to manage time logging, vacation, overtimes, and other stuff. Create Intranet, internal system for company news, activities and etc. Another achievement was to create mysporty.com product within 6months. mysporty.com is the sports community for recreational athletes, amateurs, professionals and fans. Here users can find their sports partner, set and maintain training plans and watch over 600 video clips on the topics of sports, yoga, health and fitness. The biggest challenge was to create proper architecture and code the product to prepare it for a big market such as China. We spent a lot of nights in the office to make it happen. A later project was sold and closed. From this project, I learned that any product should start with basic MVP instead of building big space shuttle which later might not flight. Later we started a new product called Liquidity aggregator. Idea was to improve betting odds and make let bettings companies earn more money. We successfully created a high load scalable system. Integration with 3rd party solutions.
