Participated in a CRM implementation project based on Terrasoft BPM online platform for a leading state oil company - Rosneft. Performed functions of a business and system analyst. Provided realization of functional blocks from requirements gathering to presentation. Major duties: • Analysis of the subject area within the framework of the project. • Project documentation creation/update, filling the knowledge base. • Formulating and setting tasks for developers. • Functional testing. • Organizing and conducting demonstrations of the system functionality.

AT Consulting

Represented the Far Eastern region in CRM (Amdocs CRM) integration project for Rostelecom - the biggest telecommunication provider in the country. Implemented multiple roles for different stages and needs of the project, including documentation, consulting, and technical support. Provided the launch and support of the commercial operation of the system in the region. Major duties: • Business processes research. • Collection and analysis of information. • Requirements gathering/formalization. • Users’ training: preparation of training materials, conducting face-to-face training and webinars, on-site consulting. • Consultations on: user work, business administration of the system, general project issues. • Support for business processes launching at the customer's office. • Development and support of accompanying documentation (instructions, regulations, test scripts, etc.). • Support for promotions/product offers, setting up a product catalog in the information system of the sales business process. • Business administration of the implemented functionality, database monitoring, performance of the functions of the third line of technical support.
