Support and development role as a part of the SAP Ansell Central team: as MM/SD consultant participated in SAP roll-outs of Ansell companies in EMEA and APAC, implemented new features and interfaces with external systems, provided day-to-day support for complex SAP solution.

Second project for SE: corporate template roll-out for distribution center of Schneider Electric in Belarus. As SCM, Service and Project Systems team lead designed processes to-be, suggested changes in business processes required for SAP implementation, executed master data load, and conducted tests with key-users.

Second project for Ansell: as MM/SD consultant provided successful corporate template roll-out with project scope involving MM, PP, SD and FI-CO for the new Ansell manufacturing plant in Russia. Designed, tested, and implemented a complex EDI-interface between customs broker’s system and Ansell SAP based on statutory approved customs declaration (XML).

"Potentsial" plant of Schneider Electric in Kozmodemyansk, Russia. Plant produces power consumer goods like sockets, switchers, dimmers. As SCM team lead focused on MPS and MRP processes, capacity planning in complicated production environment involving subcontracting and different production versions. During this time described processes as-is, designed processes to-be, suggested business transformations (changes in business processes required for SAP implementation), executed 2 waves of master data load, conducted tests with key-users.

As SD consultant successfully implemented corporate SAP ECC 6.0 template with MM, SD, and FI-CO. Conducted ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ presentation sessions, and performed fit-gap analysis. Implemented gap functionalities by customizing and development by ABAP developers. Liaised with Central team to discuss specific Russian processes and proposed appropriate solutions

As SD consultant orchestrated the successful corporate SAP ECC 6.0 template roll-out with project scope involving SD and FI-CO for the company producing Barrier Protective Products. Designed, tested, and implemented a complex EDI-interface between customs broker’s system and Ansell SAP based on statutory approved customs declaration (XML).

As SD/MM consultant led corporate SAP ECC 6.0 template roll-out involving MM, SD, PM, and FI-CO for the manufacturer of cargo and load handling machinery.

Executed corporate SAP R/3 template roll-out with SD and FI-CO in relation to SD. Implemented solution for EDI. Developed functional specifications for complicated SD forms like invoice and delivery notes for different types of printers, developed solutions for specific Russian process in customs declaration tracking, performed technical design in system, and developed technical specification for custom transactions, forms and reports.

As MM/WM consultant led corporate SAP R/3 template roll-out utilizing MM, SD, LE, and FI-CO for the automotive parts manufacturer. Proposed solutions for specific Russian processes such as customs declaration tracking and local purchasing. Conducted organizational structure and process design for purchasing, inventory management and warehouse management.

As SD/MM consultant directed Corporate SAP R/3 template roll-out with MM, SD, and FI-CO. Presented solutions for specific Russian processes like deferred sales and free-of-charge sales, performed technical design and developed technical specification for custom transactions, forms, and reports.

As SD/MM consultant spearheaded an SAP implementation project spanning over 3 years, involving ‘as-is’ business processes analysis, ‘to-be’ business processes development, and corporate SAP R/3 template roll-out. Project scope included MM, SD, FI-CO modules for four businesses in the international pharmaceutical, medical equipment, and FMCG trade operations. Resumed participation in project as an independent SAP consultant. Notable contributions: ─ Led description and analyses of business processes ‘as-is’, formulated business requirements, learned SAP R/3 corporate core model, described gaps between processes and core model, proposed solutions, developed ‘to-be’ processes, performed technical design, developed functional and technical specification. ─ Collaborated with third-party warehouse providers for developing and implementing technical specification for WH interfaces. ─ Successfully developed upload programs in LSMW, prepared master data templates, conducted master data preparation process, performed test data uploads and data migration to production system, ─ Held concurrent responsibility for training key-users, conducting several system tests, supporting a successful Go-Live, facilitating post Go-Live support for initial year, and implementing new post Go-Live features.

Instrumental in facilitating the i3 project, a major SAP implementation initiative involving SAP R/3 (MM, FI, CO, PS, PM, SD), IS-OIL, Retail, and BW across the entire network of the Croatian national oil-and-gas company.

Acted as MM Consultant for the Russia-specific knowledge transfer prior to corporate SAP R/3 template roll-out in Russia for the Turkish household appliances producer.

As MM consultant led the corporate SAP R/3 template rollout (PP, MM, SD, LE-WM, LE-SH, and FI-CO) for the international manufacturer of heat-retention materials with 16 plants. Learned SAP R/3 corporate template, described GAPs between processes and corporate template, proposed solutions for GAPs, developed ‘to-be’ processes, conducted key-user training and integration test, and facilitated post-implementation support.

Effectuated role as Team Lead and Process Lead for directing the successful execution of several SAP R/3 implementation projects for high-profile government and commercial clients within the region. Utilised SAP technologies and established modules such as MM, SD, LE-WM, LE-SH. Led business process analysis, gathered business requirements, proposed solutions for operational improvement, supervised junior SAP consultants, and customised solutions to specific industries and tasks.
