Working on a video conference product. Design new features and support old ones. - Designed interfaces and interactions in alignment with User Stories, based to brand book and design guides; - Contributed to the development and improvement of mature design systems, staying current with industry best practices; - Created low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to validate design concepts and interactions; - Research, UI/UX design and animations for desktop, web, and mobile; - Assisted in creating user personas.

As the first designer in the team, I initiated and built processes that allowed us to analyze users’ needs, create CMJ, and quickly designed interactive prototypes. Accomplishments: - Established a design system unifying app styles & components + fix current product with more than 10 user interview.
