Full cycle: from architecture to launch and ongoing maintenance.

AI-Unit-Economics-Automation

● Designed and implemented an AI-assisted decision logic for evaluating product hypotheses: sourcing → market → unit economics → logistics → risk → QC → decision. ● Automated per-deal unit economics calculation (purchase cost, exchange rate, logistics, fees, taxes, risk reserve, margin) via an AI-assisted workflow (ChatGPT, Claude, prompt engineering). ● Cut per-deal calculation time from ~2 hours to ~30 minutes. ● Designed the internal CRM logic (product cards, statuses, suppliers, checkpoints, risks).
