Digital Transformation of Huge FMCG Retailer

● Scaled Digital Transformation from pilot to wide area. Built a team-forming process and launched more than 30 dev teams. ● Established processes for technical excellence practices implementation (QA, CI/CD, etc.) for the new teams. ● Created a roadmap for product teams to increase the level of awareness and self-organization of the teams. ● Implemented a diagnostic procedure.
