• Developed MS SQL procedures for new optimization system, this allowed to free developers for other company projects due to ultimately high performance and meet deadlines of the project • Assigned to several other optimization systems support and development projects with the aim to meet projects deadlines • Taking part in new web portal development with learning set of new technologies.

• Successfully implemented highly customized planning systems in top world metals companies, including Muroran Plant (Nippon Steel, the 3rd world steel maker), JFE (the 10th world steel maker, Japan), VSMPO (largest titan manufacturer in the world), structural steel division of SDI (3rd steel maker in US) and Timken Steel Company (one of the innovators/leaders in APS using). These projects improved visibility of planning process in mentioned companies and increased level of demand order fulfillment. • Actively contributed to internal processes and workflows of the company, which helped to increase the level of customer service, including designing and developing automatic Database Model documentation generation process, addition of DB2, MySQL and PostgreSQL databases to supported stack. • Designed and developed prototype of unified standard integration workflow as well as adapted it to DB2 database which decreased development and support efforts. • Prepared solutions for using LDAP, WIX installer, which made supplied software more competitive.

• Designed and developed integration layer for both input and output data flow for solution that still works and operates (more than 10 years).

• Developed and supported i2 SCP Models for two of the Mechel’s (creating manufacturing, delivery and supply plans, month, quarter and year models). This increased the visibility of internal cooperation requirements. • Developed interfaces for data loading (actual shipment and manufacturing data) using Perl and Java from various Mechel’s databases and systems (including SAP) to corporate report system based on Oracle and Business Objects. Designed and implemented automatic Data Mapping rules and processes. This allowed to perform plan-fact analysis and, therefore, improve operation results of Group.

• Magnitogorsk Metal Combine SCP (Master Planning) – performed database activities and provided technical support on pilot project that resulted in sales after few years. • Japan Tobacco International (Russian subsidiary) Demand Planning Project Designed, developed and implemented Datawarehouse to store various data required for Demand Planning, contributed to Excel/XML based User Interface for Datawarehouse and loading data into i2 Demand Planning tool • Mechel Steel Group – i2 SCP (Master Planning) Project Designed and developed data warehouse structure based on i2 Performance Manager requirements, developed output integration flow from i2 SCP solution to data warehouse. This resulted in future in corporate data warehouse for planning and plan-fact analysis. Developed algorithm for scrap calculation in model that was lately used in several projects and activities.
