● Manage and deliver projects for branch networks, including SD-WAN (Vmanage, Vbond, Vsmart), Cisco Vedge (ASR1001-HX, C1111-8PLTELAW), HP & Cisco switches, Aruba Airwave, ATM connectivity, voice recording systems (VSL, NICE), and VoIP.
● Administer and optimize head office network infrastructure, covering Cisco switches/routers, Cisco WLC & Prime, Aruba Mobility Controllers, DHCP & IPAM (Infoblox).
● Operate and support data center networks, including Cisco ACI, Cisco routers/switches, F5 load balancers, Cisco ISE, and monitoring tools (ManageEngine Netflow, OpMan, AppMan).
● Lead and coordinate projects with external parties and regulators (Bank Indonesia, Ministry of Finance, OJK) for initiatives such as BI-FAST, Dukcapil, RTGS, SKN, ALTO.
● Execute SDLC process for production changes and ensure compliance with internal & regulatory audit requirements.
● Develop programmable network configurations for SDN ACI and implement automation for daily reporting.

● Data Center Migration: Led migration of legacy data center network to Cisco ACI SDN, improving scalability and automation.
● Cloud Enablement: Built new AWS Landing Zone for iBaaS services, enabling secure and compliant cloud adoption.
● Connectivity Projects: Delivered new connections between Maybank Indonesia and subsidiaries, including secure DRC link to Mastercard and VPN H2H with Indosat for resilience.
● Security & Compliance:
- Implemented VLAN isolation across all branches using Forescout NAC, enhancing segmentation and regulatory compliance.
- Improved network posturing and ACL policies, and upgraded IPS in DC/DRC.
● Disaster Recovery (DRP): Executed DRP Big Bang migration for all applications and supported regulatory DRP testing (BI, OJK, Kemenkeu).
● Wireless & Access Control: Implemented enterprise Wi-Fi with certificate-based authentication using Aruba + Cisco ISE.
● Resiliency & Performance:
- Built HA connectivity and resiliency for GRX applications and bilateral peering via JKT-IX/OpenIXP.
- Designed auto-failover mechanism for ATM networks, reducing service disruption.
● Enterprise Applications: Supported deployment of critical apps (GRC, RSI, Deal Tracker, Trade Transformation, Oracle Replacement, NDTS KCP Mobile).
